My kids first time in Hawaii. I want to surprise them so I thought about a “lei”. This company want me to call them first to check where they at. So surprise totally ruined because my kids already wondering why I’m calling a “company” trying to figure out where they at. They suppose to be at the baggage claim BUT NO NO No. they are on the exit of the airport. Not just that… those people handing the Lei are drivers!! Who by the way have NO idea what they are doing. So to conclude this entire experience. This company SUCKS! Please DO NOT USE IT. Try to use different company. They are seriously SUCK!

We never saw the company and no lei. No time or location provided. They sent a voucher, and no instructions. I even paid extra fees to have express shipping.

I grew up with the notion that everyone who flew into Hawaii received a lei. So imagine my disappointment when my daughter and I arrived there for the first time seven years ago and did not receive one. So when I was planning this year's trip to Hawaii for my daughter, and we had invited the 16 year old daughter of our pastor, I was delighted to learn about this package. It did not disappoint. Even though I did not initially see the young lady who was to greet us, when I contacted the operator, they did everything possible to honor our arrangement. What fun it was for all of us to be greeted in such a traditional way. The icing on the cake was when I overheard another female traveler saying she had wanted to receive a lei, too. What a rewarding experience was had by all three of us. I would recommend this package for any new comers to Hawaii.
