I ordered 5 Leis for my family.
While waiting on the COVID-19 check station we were called by to make sure we arrived- we even arrived 10 minutes early.
When the lady saw us, she "handed" us 4 Leis. I said that I ordered 5 and she said, "I only have 4, sorry" and then she left. What a nice "Aloha Greeting Arrival". It was obvious she was in a rush and ruined the nice greeting I was expecting.
I then emailed the Provider (SpeedyShuttle?) and they said I only ordered 4 and was only charged for 4, I responded with pictures of my Order of 5 and the charge of 5, then they said I had to reach out to Viator. Viator immediately started a refund. Upon arrival at our resort, 1 of the Leis was falling apart. Overall, I would not suggest this vendor.
Viator customer services was great, however the SpeedyShuttle Provider- ruined the surprise for my family and overall was not a welcoming experience. I was traveling with my parents, my husband and daughter. I wanted to surprise everyone but got shafted in the end.
