Overview

Alpine Visitors Centre Tour - This is a great tour if you wish to cover all 3 ecosystems. We start in the lower valley and get you right up to the Alpine Visitors Centre at 11,796 feet. You will encounter breathtaking views, but remember to layer up and bring warm clothes as there is usually snow at the top year round. We get you to the areas most people drive past and give you extra time at each stop for photos. Tours are interpretive and we leave you with memories that will last a lifetime.

At the Alpine Visitors Center, guests will have the opportunity to purchase snacks, coffee etc. We have a 30 -45 minute break

It was an amazing day with Matty, our tour guide, and the majestic world of Rocky Mountain Nation Park! Our guide, Matty, was instrumental in making it a day that made us love and appreciate aspects of the park that -had we gone on our own- we would never had found, understood, or bothered to stop and acknowledge as unique characteristics of the park, and the history behind those characteristics. Thank you, Matty for facilitating such a memorable day.

Colorado has lift all restriction for Covid-15 but the tour company has not changed their procedure. Be aware that they are still insisting in having you to use your onw transportation and follow their van. This is really not a tour or service. We pay over $200 for nothing really. We just cancelled the tour and lost the money. Be aware of this and to not book for this company. Other companies were actually taking clients in their vans for the tours but this company insisted in us following them in our own car.
