I stayed back 2 days in SFO for this and it was absolutely worth it - as I am a sailing enthusiast. the boat is 90 feet of beauty and moves unbelievably smooth and fast. The crew was extremely encouraging and involved the guest in several activities starting from rigging the boat to allowing everyone to take the wheel helm . They had some lovely jackets on board for those who were ill prepared - though the booking form clearly said that a jacket wouldbe necessay. We were fortunate to see baby Porpiose jumping along side the boat for a short distance. the route was pretty scenic, going past Alcatraz and under the Golden Gate Bridge offering a good optional view of the SFO skyline.

Great crew. Super professional. Really enjoyed this trip. We were able to get involved as much or as little as we wanted.

The entire crew was welcoming, informative, and very professional. I went with my brother, and as experienced sailors, we chatted with the crew about the yacht and their experiences. It was a great day- solid wind, beautiful weather- hard to beat! We sailed under the golden gate bridge and got sprayed with ocean water. I'd recommend dressing appropriately. Crew will provide bibs and jackets as wanted/needed, but even on a day that seems perfect, I wore wind proof pants, sneakers, a base layer, a big sweatshirt and a windbreaker. You'll need it all!
