Travelers will need to bring their tickets purchased online to our ticket counter located at the entrance to the park to receive wristbands for admission.

The Entrance is located inside American Dream Entertainment & Shopping Center. Parking is $3 for the day. Park in Parking Deck B or C, or Lyft/Uber drop off in Parking Deck A.

This park is beautiful and has plenty of attractions for every age group. The only issue we experienced was with getting on and of rides. And I'm not referrring to the length of the lines. We went on a very slow day. Example: It took a very long time to start the carousel moving after everyone was already on board. Literally minutes. And then the ride lasted only about 45 seconds. Then after everyone exited, they ran the carousel empty for the same amount time while people waited in line and watched the empty ride spin. Similar experience on the Blues Clues ride. 2 out of 6 of the "planes" were not working. But, even after one set of passengers had exited, it took like 5 - 10 minutes to get the other passengers seated. The attendant was having a conversation with other guests. But, I'm thinking he could have done that after he boarded the waiting passengers and started the ride. We also had an issue at the Paw Patrol play area. My oldest son, who is 9 was allowed to play in the area at the beginning of the day. When he went back later in the day, a different attendant told him he was too tall. We went back again, and another attendant let him in with no issue. The sign in that area says it is intended for use by those who are 4-12 years old. So, we have no idea what height has to do with anything.

We are really happy that you think our rides are amazing, but we are disappointed that your experience with the ride attendants did not meet your expectations. It doesn't sound like we did a very good job at maximizing the fun time during your visit! Regarding the rides, we sometimes do need to cycle them without guests occasionally for maintenance purposes. We are sorry that this inconvenience happened during your visit. Guests under 14 must have a Supervising Companion while in the park, and the rides/attractions are indeed restricted according to height and weight. However, clearly our teams need to be more consistent with how they apply this. We will be sure to share your feedback with our Nickelodeon Universe managers so that we can improve on this. This place blew my mind and surpassed all expectations. We came in from Brooklyn looking for a family day out. We spent most of our day at Nickelodeon Universe, which my kids (3 and 6) loved. The rides were fun with a big variety and hardly any lines. The mall itself was huge, clean, and with SO many activities for kids and families. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard more about it! We will be back to try another part again soon!

We had fun minus the park being extremely cold. One of my kids literally caught a cold from the park. The day after our visit she got a bad head cold. We were all shivering. I wouldn’t visit again or go to the water park because of this.
