Travelers will need to bring their tickets purchased online to our ticket counter located at the entrance to the park to receive wristbands for admission.

The Entrance is located inside American Dream Entertainment & Shopping Center. Parking is $3 for the day. Park in Parking Deck B or C, or Lyft/Uber drop off in Parking Deck A.

We got here early and enjoyed outselves greatly!! Everything was clean and new!! Lots of staff keeping everyone safe and our kids had a blast!

Went on impromptu trip to the American Dream. My 10 year old son wanted to go to the Nickelodeon amusement park. I stand in line to purchase a ticket. I am then told I need to buy ticket online, so I did. I then go back to the counter and am told I need a ticket for myself. Since this was an impromptu trip, I was in flip flops. I am then told I wouldn’t be able to go on the rides because of my flip flops. So I ask for a refund for the one ticket I purchased, as I wasn’t going to spend an additional $84.23 on a ticket for myself since I wouldn’t be able to take advantage of rides. The reps and supervisor flat out refused to refund the purchase. Apparently, it’s the policy of the American Dream not to give refunds. The customer service is despicable and they have zero empathy. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge on my card. I will never go back to that mall for amusement or shopping, since management doesn’t care about the customer experience.
