Once you have purchased a voucher, you MUST reserve a time with the museum. Please see below instructions on how to book online through the Museum website.

• Go to upper right corner press Reserve Tickets
• On the next page scroll down to Select Tickets
• Choose the fourth box “Passholders or IDNYC and Corporate Members”
• Next, scroll down and add number of people attending and press continue
• Next, select date and time of arrival and press continue
• Then you will see Review Cart press continue
• Go to Guest Checkout and enter your email address and press Continue as Guest
• Under Billing Address, enter your required information
• Last step complete order

Instructions:
For assistance booking your entry to the Museum, please call the Central Reservations Department at 212-769-5200 daily 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.
Once your Museum reservation is confirmed, simply show the email upon arrival. You do not have to print anything or pay again.
If you are eligible for ticketed exhibitions, Hayden Planetarium Space Show, or giant-screen film they will be selected on arrival.

The tickets we got here allowed us access to all the "Extra" shows we wanted to go. We still needed to stand in small line to get the Real physical tickets but the line is separate and the wait was about 5 minutes only. Amazing experience!

If you're from the UK, or have visited it, this is similar but not as good as the Natural History Museum. It's immense but holds the same number of exhibitions etc than other smaller sized museums. The additional paid exhibitions aren't really worth the extra money but the butterfly one is.

It was a great tour. One could spend days in there. The ticket taker had a little trouble with our vouchers. He said that your vouchers were a bit confusing. Another agent helped him with them. It was nice to get the senior discount. Thank you.
