Once you have purchased a voucher, you MUST reserve a time with the museum. Please see below instructions on how to book online through the Museum website.

• Go to upper right corner press Reserve Tickets
• On the next page scroll down to Select Tickets
• Choose the fourth box “Passholders or IDNYC and Corporate Members”
• Next, scroll down and add number of people attending and press continue
• Next, select date and time of arrival and press continue
• Then you will see Review Cart press continue
• Go to Guest Checkout and enter your email address and press Continue as Guest
• Under Billing Address, enter your required information
• Last step complete order

Instructions:
For assistance booking your entry to the Museum, please call the Central Reservations Department at 212-769-5200 daily 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.
Once your Museum reservation is confirmed, simply show the email upon arrival. You do not have to print anything or pay again.
If you are eligible for ticketed exhibitions, Hayden Planetarium Space Show, or giant-screen film they will be selected on arrival.

We had a great time and we wished we had the time to go back for a second visit. lots of things to see and learn. My 14 years old son enjoyed it a lot. But would not really recommend for kids under 12 years as it was boring for my younger son (11 years) except for the 4D. The restaurant in the basement was excellent and reasonable. But the coffee shop in the first flour was quiet expensive.

A brilliant museum although very way to get lost. Unfortunately due to only having a very short time in the museum we were only able to use the IMAX cinema and the Space Centre but both were excellent. To appreciate the museum better allocate at least 5 hours for your visit.
