We started by queuing from outside, then to the queues inside, but it quickly went down. I would recommend buying your ticket in advance to avoid the longer queues. It's a place we've always wanted to visit, there's so much to see inside. However we did feel that there were many places that were overcrowded and we weren't able to see everything and the Museum was very hot! I hope that one day we can return and finish where we left off.

This is an absolute must on your visit! It took us a lot longer to walk around than we thought though, so allow a whole day if you can! It is steeped in history and architecture in a magnificent building, laid out on several floors. There's all manner of exhibitions to see, so do take your time.
