Many visitors to Lancaster seek out meaningful personal contact with the Amish community. Imagine visiting three Amish properties where our longstanding relationships allow you to become their guests during your stay. This exclusive tour is limited to 14 guests, and provides the rare opportunity to meet and talk to various Amish where they live and work. The three stops: Visit an Amish farm at milking time, go behind-the-scenes with an Amish craftsman, and then sit and chat with an Amish family right in their home.

A wonderful experience! Our favorite part of the tour was visiting with the Amish Family in their home. Our tour guide, Beth, was terrific, too. This was the 2nd time I've taken the tour and I learn something new each time.

We went to a dairy farm, a carriage makers place, and then to a woman’s home. It was so fun and so informative! Everyone we met was wonderful and answered any and all of our questions. The woman’s house for the home visit that we went to was just wonderful. We sat talking to her in her dinning room for a while. It was so worth the experience! Am going to recommend to everyone! Also our guide,DeAnna, was amazing! So personable and informed about the Amish.

We had an amazing tour. Our driver (who’s name I unfortunately forgot) was beyond great. He was able to provide a personal touch to everything as he has many Amish friends and has lived in the area since the 60’s. The tour was very in depth, informative, and the stop at the country store was beautiful. The pretzels were outstanding!!!!!!! This is a great tour to take to get a true sense of the land.
