Many visitors to Lancaster seek out meaningful personal contact with the Amish community. Imagine visiting three Amish properties where our longstanding relationships allow you to become their guests during your stay. This exclusive tour is limited to 14 guests, and provides the rare opportunity to meet and talk to various Amish where they live and work. The three stops: Visit an Amish farm at milking time, go behind-the-scenes with an Amish craftsman, and then sit and chat with an Amish family right in their home.

What a treat, our tour leader was Jay and he was very informative and the Amish families we were privileged to visit were welcoming and happy to answer our questions about Amish live. Please be respectful of the hosts when asking questions, one man in our group asked a young girl why she was barefoot in the barn. She seemed to be embarrassed. I know it’s unusual but on some of those questions, ask your tour guide when you get back to the van. Again Jay was amazing. Would do it again in a heartbeat !!

The guide was accommodating and the tours (3 stops) were eye opening. Fave part was the Las stop at the Amish Family Home.
