2
Horseshoe Bend
Next, it's off to Horseshoe Bend. Take an approximate 0.75-mile (1.2-km) hike that brings you to one of the best overlooks. At a point not far downstream from the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River meanders around a rock promontory, creating the horseshoe-shaped loop beloved by visitors and photographers from around the world. As you approach the edge, take in the wonderful view. Please note: You'll hike a total of 2 miles (3.2 km); comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
3
Glen Canyon Dam Overlook
Enjoy amazing views as you enjoy a picnic lunch at Glen Canyon Dam Overlook.
4
Antelope Canyon
At Antelope Canyon, follow your Navajo guide through a narrow slit in the earth where youā€™ll see the sculpted sandstone cliff. Sunlight from overhead creates shafts of light that pass into the canyon, making it even more beautiful. Descend ladders into the depths of the canyon to discover more of this serene place, and take photos with help from your guide about using the right settings on your camera for the light and the best angles for taking interesting shots. Antelope Canyon is a photographers dream.

Wow. If you like history and geology you will want to take this trip. Ryan was our guide. He was a WEALTH of knowledge. He gave us information on everything from the rock formations, first citizens, different cultures, archeology, languages, ancient food sources, agricultural practices, elevations, water sources. He also was more than welcome to take questions. Ryan was a delight and worth every penny.

This is a small group tour with only 8 tourists in the group. Our tour guide is Brad, who is really friendly, caring and informative. We visited the three main attractions as advertised, Horseshoe Bend is really beautiful, and lower Antelope canyon is really amazing. The schedule of the day was pretty packed, yet not rushed, thanks to the great organization of the trip. We were even able to visit the Cameron Trading Post and Brad was also able to stop the van at a scenic stop for us to snap photos of the Vermilion Cliff. He also gave us some really nice advice on how to get to the Grand canyon. We all had great fun. No need to pack food and water. Brad made sure we had enough yummy snacks and fluid for the whole day.

This was a day to remember. Our tour guide, Brad, was excellent. He was extremely friendly and informative from the time he picked us up at our hotel to the end of our trip. Horseshoe Bend was quite a walk but worth it. The pictures we were able to take are breathtaking. Brad was a huge help with pictures. He took pictures of us so we didnā€™t have to struggle with selfies. Antelope Canyon was crowded but a definite must see. This adventure is one that will not disappoint. Amazing. We canā€™t say enough about Brad. He was truly the best. Thank you for an amazing adventure.
