Travel through one of the most biodiverse stretch of highway from Flagstaff at 7000 feet, the Navajo Nation, and the red rocks of Glen Canyon before arriving at Horseshoe Bend
2
Horseshoe Bend
Next, it's off to Horseshoe Bend. Take an approximate 0.75-mile (1.2-km) hike that brings you to one of the best overlooks. At a point not far downstream from the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River meanders around a rock promontory, creating the horseshoe-shaped loop beloved by visitors and photographers from around the world. As you approach the edge, take in the wonderful view. Please note: You'll hike a total of 2 miles (3.2 km); comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
3
Glen Canyon Dam Overlook
Enjoy amazing views as you enjoy a picnic lunch at Glen Canyon Dam Overlook.
4
Antelope Canyon
At Antelope Canyon, follow your Navajo guide through a narrow slit in the earth where youā€™ll see the sculpted sandstone cliff. Sunlight from overhead creates shafts of light that pass into the canyon, making it even more beautiful. Descend ladders into the depths of the canyon to discover more of this serene place, and take photos with help from your guide about using the right settings on your camera for the light and the best angles for taking interesting shots. Antelope Canyon is a photographers dream.

This tour was worth every penny! Our guide Scott was amazing, full of interesting information about the surrounding areas as well as the Navajo. Even my 15 year old commented on how interesting he was! Great tour, just the right amount of time at each location. Thank you!

This was one of the best trips - EVER! We started with Horseshoe Bend, had plenty of time to walk in, take 100's of pictures and get back in plenty of time to the next stop. That stop was the Glen Dam at a very cool spot and more pictures ensued (of course). Next was a nice lunch spot where we got ready to head into Antelope Canyon - a bucket list item for me. Lower Antelope Canyon is ... AMAZING! I could come up with a bunch of great words to explain it - but it was otherworldly! I should have started with this - ASK FOR MILTON! He was an awesome tour guide and on top of the normal touristy conversation we got an incredible history of the Navajo nation and some very personal stories as well. On the way back we listened to new age flute music - that he wrote and played! The Grand Canyon is majestic - but do yourself a favor and take this tour - you will not regret it.

Our guide on the antelope canyon tour, Jarrin, not only was very knowledgeable about the canyon and surrounding area but is also a very skilled photographer with an iphone. We have some amazing photos and memories to look back on for a lifetime!
