Travel through one of the most biodiverse stretch of highway from Flagstaff at 7000 feet, the Navajo Nation, and the red rocks of Glen Canyon before arriving at Horseshoe Bend
2
Horseshoe Bend
Next, it's off to Horseshoe Bend. Take an approximate 0.75-mile (1.2-km) hike that brings you to one of the best overlooks. At a point not far downstream from the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River meanders around a rock promontory, creating the horseshoe-shaped loop beloved by visitors and photographers from around the world. As you approach the edge, take in the wonderful view. Please note: You'll hike a total of 2 miles (3.2 km); comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
3
Glen Canyon Dam Overlook
Enjoy amazing views as you enjoy a picnic lunch at Glen Canyon Dam Overlook.
4
Antelope Canyon
At Antelope Canyon, follow your Navajo guide through a narrow slit in the earth where youā€™ll see the sculpted sandstone cliff. Sunlight from overhead creates shafts of light that pass into the canyon, making it even more beautiful. Descend ladders into the depths of the canyon to discover more of this serene place, and take photos with help from your guide about using the right settings on your camera for the light and the best angles for taking interesting shots. Antelope Canyon is a photographers dream.

Antelope canyon is a must see for anyone visiting the area. Our tour guide Ryan was excellent, very knowledgable of everything in the area and extensive knowledge of the Navajo culture as well as the geological facts of this part of Arizona. Side trips to horseshoe bend and the glen canyon dam were great also. Great views for our picnic lunch. Ryan was the best.

My guide was Jen. I was solo travelling, so I got to sit up front with her. She was very talkative and knowledgeable. She was kind and smart and had lots of insider information. She could talk for hours with ease of eveything we passed by. She knew lots of Navajo history and Arizona history. The horseshoe bend hike was beginner level, super hot, bring water. It was amazing to be at a famously photographed location. Then we had lunch at the dam and it was delicious, pasta salad, fresh fruit, sandwich, cookies, chips, drinks, water, soda, etc. We also stopped at Cameron Trading Post. The canyon was spectacular, the light inside was so picturesque and Kordell or "BooBoo" was a great guide. A lady passed out and he took care of her and the rest of our pack like nothing had happened. He was amazing. It was a long day but well worth it!!!!

The tour was great, the scenery is stunning! Iā€™ve lived in Arizona most of my adult life but had never visited Antelope Canyon or Horseshoe Bend. What a great way to see both and leave the driving and planning to someone else. Our tour guide Trent was extremely knowlegable and very friendly, he was available at every stop to snap family photos and give you a little more information on each stop. Lunch was provided from a local Flagstaff Deli and very good. Plenty of snacks, water and soda available for the trip. I would highly recommend this company to see sights in Northern Arizona, you will not be disappointed.
