Antelope Canyon is a must, an unforgettable experience, despite the long, hot day in front of you. Our driver and guide was funny, well informed. Sandra, the guide who took over inside the canyon was very nice, told us a lot of interesting stories about the rocks, the floadings, helped all of us to take pictures. Unfortunately both canyons - Antelope and Horshoe Bend, are overcrowded. Our tour goers were very friendly and one of them saved our trip. After the start of the trip and aproaching Flagstaff, the overhead ceiling kept falling on the driver's head and stopped also the air conditioning system. The driver was unable to see and our trip would have been completely jeopardized; but one of the tour members, a very ressourceful person and a passionate photographer, unscrewed the tripod of his camera and placed it under the driver's ceiling to support it; we were saved. A better revision of the bus is needed before departure. Another suggestion - install some windows shades; we had to soak towels in the ice bucket in order to get refreshed. All in all the trip was fantastic.

Our tour lasted 13 hours and it was so much fun. Our driver was hilarious and the other tour goers were very friendly. My husband wasn't too keen on the idea of a tour but ended up enjoying it even more than I did. He especially enjoyed Antelope Canyon. Our guide for the Canyon was incredible. He took expert shots of the canyon for our group so we could make sure to capture it's beauty and then played a song on his flute for us from his childhood. Having a true Native of the land explain the history and wonder of the Canyon made the experience so much more enjoyable. Horseshoe Bend was also pretty but due to the drought the water was very low. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone who has a day to spend seeing the beauty of Northern Arizona. They also let you stop at the shops along the road for some one of a kind jewelry and other items. We got a handmade ornament to commemorate the trip.
