We had a great time on the tour with our very knowledgeable and personable guide, Erin! The panning for gold was fun but more difficult than we thought it would be. We also learned so much history throughout the tour and the hands-on portion was fantastic. Thank you so much for such a wonderful tour!

Learning about how the miners lived. How loud the equipment was and how it affected the entire town. Also the release of a lot of water and the contamination. Also how this mine helped fund the entire economy.

Kristopher was a very knowledgeable guide and very patient with all questions. It was very interesting to learn how hard the work was to get to the gold in the mines. We especially enjoyed seeing all the old tools.
