Overview

Foodies wanted! Come enjoy diverse plates in the heart of Downtown Houston at some of city's most famous restaurants. This tour will begin at the Historic Market Square Park (outside Niko Niko's) where you will learn about Houston's rich history, beautiful architecture, & diversity of cultures.

The tour consists of 3 stops where you will try 8-9 delicious food samplings including authentic Mexico City cuisine, traditional Asian novelties, Houston's unique take on Italian-American, & dessert. These meals are pre-ordered & will be coming out fresh for your whole group. Guests will also enjoy views of the tallest building in Texas & private limited access into largest downtown tunnel system in the USA! (1/3 of tour spent in tunnels) We hope to be eating with you soon!

On this tour we will be going to some of Houston's hottest restaurants. At each of these restaurants your tour guide will point out the 2 tallest buildings in Texas, the building where the original State Capital, a memorial for 911, and much more!

Downtown Tunnels

Access to newest portion of the Downtown Houston Tunnel system which is largest in the United States and second in North America

Vanessa was amazing❤️ she made sure we had everything we needed, no one was left behind, and the food was sooo amazing. We were interested the whole time and it was never a dull moment with her, I would highly recommend!!!

My wife and I had 2 days in Houston during our Texas road trip, so we wanted to see as much and do as much as possible during our time. Rather than head out to NASA on a Friday, we decided to do the Astros tour, Food tour of downtown houston and then head to local parks that has been recommended to us by friends who have a place in Houston. This food tour was among the best we’ve ever done including San Diego, New Orleans, and Nashville. It was the perfect amount of food that if anything had you stuffed but still wanting to try more. Vanessa our guide was a local treasure and expert, she made us feel like we had lived in Texas and we’re going out with some friends in town. There were 7 other people on tour which made for fun conversations about the food, city, and our itineraries. We also got some great recommendations for things to do and ended up going to the Rice University park that Vanessa recommended. A truly great evening in Texas!!
