Overview

Hop on board our Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle which offers round-trip transportation services from our Downtown Houston pick-up/drop-off spot to the iconic NASA Johnson Space Center located by Nassau Bay in Clear Lake, a 30-60 minute drive from Downtown Houston.

The Space Center has a wonderful mix of interactive, family-friendly exhibits including the amazing Independence Plaza, International Space Station, Rocket Park, Life on Mars, Artemis and tram tours! Enjoy helpful tips for reserving your spots on the Rocket Park & Astronaut Training tram tours.

All guests will have nearly 5 hours to explore the NASA Space Center at their own freedom before boarding the shuttle back to Downtown Houston. Following the day-trip visit to Space Center, we will provide transportation back to the original Downtown Houston pick-up spot with return pick-up at NASA entrance.

Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.
Upon payment of service fees, the tour booking leader & the accompanying participant(s) acknowledge they agree to Astroville Tours' Terms of Service where the link can be found at the ticket once booked.
Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.

What To Expect

Space Center Houston

Travelers will have about 5 hours to explore and enjoy the NASA Space Center at their own freedom before being picked up at the Space Center's front entrance. The Space Center has a wonderful mix of interactive, family-friendly exhibits including the amazing Independence Plaza, International Space Station, Rocket Park, Life on Mars, Artemis and must-do Tram tours!

Saved about $40/50 in uber rides with this option. Our big jumbo van was definitely an upgrade from Uber too, plenty of space and comfortable. Driver was helpful with tips on the Space Center. Most certainly recommend this over the ride share applications

I found this to be the easiest and most-affordable way to get round-trip transportation to the Space Center. Uber wanted to charge me $125 from my downtown hotel to NASA and the trip back. PRivate companies had a full round-service rate of close to $300!!! Insane. This is the best bargain

Round-trip from Homewood Suites in downtown to NASA on uber = 85-90 US dollars. This was $50 for round-trip from downtown to NASA and even included a brief tour on the way back. This service is a NO-BRAINER option for travelers looking to get to Space Center at best cost. Book it early because there was no availability the first 2 days I was in Houston
