Overview

Hop on board our Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle which offers round-trip transportation services from our Downtown Houston pick-up/drop-off spot to the iconic NASA Johnson Space Center located by Nassau Bay in Clear Lake, a 30-60 minute drive from Downtown Houston.

The Space Center has a wonderful mix of interactive, family-friendly exhibits including the amazing Independence Plaza, International Space Station, Rocket Park, Life on Mars, Artemis and tram tours! Enjoy helpful tips for reserving your spots on the Rocket Park & Astronaut Training tram tours.

All guests will have nearly 5 hours to explore the NASA Space Center at their own freedom before boarding the shuttle back to Downtown Houston. Following the day-trip visit to Space Center, we will provide transportation back to the original Downtown Houston pick-up spot with return pick-up at NASA entrance.

Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.
Upon payment of service fees, the tour booking leader & the accompanying participant(s) acknowledge they agree to Astroville Tours' Terms of Service where the link can be found at the ticket once booked.
Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.

What To Expect

Space Center Houston

Travelers will have about 5 hours to explore and enjoy the NASA Space Center at their own freedom before being picked up at the Space Center's front entrance. The Space Center has a wonderful mix of interactive, family-friendly exhibits including the amazing Independence Plaza, International Space Station, Rocket Park, Life on Mars, Artemis and must-do Tram tours!

Cool and comfortable. Cost-efficient. Helpful tips. I found this transportation to the NASA Space Center on TripAdvisor and was skeptical because I saw price was equal to just one-way trip. Not only did it include 2-way service with early 1030 pickup and late 4pm pickup, but everything was very professional. Driver even had some water bottles for us and gave us amazing tips to get on tram tours. I highly recommend this transportation option to NASA over uber, Lyft or other ride-share

Transportation to NASA was on time and comfortable. I found this to be a cost-effective method of transportation saving me over 50 bucks on rides. I checked and the Space Center to Houston was about $60-80 each way from my hotel on the Uber/Lift. The meeting spot was also pretty cool inside the Houston tunnels

I would recommend this transportation service especially if you are staying in the downtown area. I was at the Club Quarters and it was an easy 2 block walk. We got to briefly see the Houston tunnel system which was a comfortable commercial area below the city. Our driver was great and knowledgable about the Space Center. We arrived around 11am and got picked up at 4pm which was more than enough time to see most of the museum and trams
