If you have ever been to snorkel, skip this. There are very few fish at the natural reefs. At the site of 2 sunken ships there are artificial reefs and a lot to see. But 1/2 the passengers only see sand. No attempt is made to have both sides of the sub view the activity. The sub goes by these areas and no attempt is made to have the sub go by them again, to be viewed by the other side. It reminds me of an air flight with the pilot announcing “Those of you on the right have a great view of the Grand Canyon “.

Aloha Leon! Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience with us. We're sorry to hear that it wasn't as exciting as you had hoped. The ocean is often quite unpredictable, and sightings of underwater life vary from hour to hour. We appreciate your valuable feedback and will be sure to share it with our team. Mahalo!

It was just ok, but didn’t meet my expectations. No turtles, no sharks, no stingrays. 2 shipwrecks, some Nemo fish, and that’s about it. Next time we’ll save our money for scuba.

To view many types of fishes close by without doing snorkeling. The submarine ride was very smooth and not scary at all.

Aloha ! We’re so happy you enjoyed your time exploring a unique and beautiful part of Hawaii (Kona) that many rarely have the opportunity to. Thank you for sharing the fun time you had with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future aboard one of our submarines and/or the Majestic by Atlantis Cruises for another Atlantis adventure; an underwater journey, sunset cruise, or seasonal whale watch cruise. Feel free to follow us on social media at #atlantishawaii. A hui hou (until next time).
