Aurora is a natural phenomenon and cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the aurora borealis, as Weather conditions are constantly changing and other conditions may also change.
We would not cancel due to lack of lights or cloudy skies.
Even if it snows a little, the tour will not be cancelled because the weather may change.
Dangerous weather conditions (heavy snow, rain, icy roads) and emergencies may result in cancellations.
Because of the natural things involved we have a NO REFUND policy.

The same cancellation policy applies to cancellations due to flight or train delays.

Michi is a great tour guide, the location is fabulous with wide open sky. He helped us adjusting our camera and made sure we can take photos in our camera, he even checked back many times to make sure we are able to take pictures. He was on time and very helpful to everyone on the trip. Recommending this tour to everyone for northern lights…

Michi was amazing and super helpful with camera settings. Pics on the phone above are ok but the Nikon ones are epic. He was friendly and hospitable. We decided to book again in a few days.

Nice set up for viewing, but needed to be farther north for the bright colors you would really want to see. This was our last chance to see them. Perfect clear skies, but we needed to be farther north. The picture we have is made only possible with my camera. Without it, you only see white images.
