Aurora is a natural phenomenon and cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the aurora borealis, as Weather conditions are constantly changing and other conditions may also change.
We would not cancel due to lack of lights or cloudy skies.
Even if it snows a little, the tour will not be cancelled because the weather may change.
Dangerous weather conditions (heavy snow, rain, icy roads) and emergencies may result in cancellations.
Because of the natural things involved we have a NO REFUND policy.

The same cancellation policy applies to cancellations due to flight or train delays.

The A frame home was cozy and comfortable. The host was helpful and friendly. There were warm drinks and cookies. The lights were not the brightest but we had some so no complaints 👍

Aurora did show up. Need my refund . It was terrible that you have to pay and not see what you came for

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your trip. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the Northern Lights, as it is a natural phenomenon. Also, we cannot refund money just because you did not see it. I hope you had at least a great overall trip to Alaska.

Great tour person has a great personality and knowledge of aurora, however, we did not catch the aurora due to the weather restriction. I will recommend my friends to go with this tour in the future.
