Aurora is a natural phenomenon and cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the aurora borealis, as Weather conditions are constantly changing and other conditions may also change.
We would not cancel due to lack of lights or cloudy skies.
Even if it snows a little, the tour will not be cancelled because the weather may change.
Dangerous weather conditions (heavy snow, rain, icy roads) and emergencies may result in cancellations.
Because of the natural things involved we have a NO REFUND policy.

The same cancellation policy applies to cancellations due to flight or train delays.

This tour is available for a minimum of two people.
Pickup services are available only for major hotels within Fairbanks city. Please note that we are unable to provide pickup services from Airbnb or similar accommodations.
Arrival at the lodge will be around 10:30 PM, with the stay lasting until 2:00 AM.
There are about 10 gradual steps to the entrance.

incredible! Being able to stay warm inside with hot cocoa and cookies, watch the lights form through the window, and then go outside and take photos. Michi was a great host. We know he isn't responsible for the lights - but the danced and danced the nights we were there. yes - we enjoyed it so much we went twice!

It was FANTASTIC!!! Michi and Nikko were very knowledgeable and helped whoever asked including how to operate your phone to get the best pictures to where to go and when for the best view of the Aurora. They also provided a variety of drinks and cookies. Would DEFINITELY book with them again.

Michi is really good and his lodge also. He keeps a track of northern lights via forecasting app, which helps. Saw northern lights two day in a row. 3/7/2025 and 3/8/2025. The tour is pocket friendly as compared to other tours on viator.
