What To Expect

Barton Springs Bike Rentals & Tours

Customers arrive at Barton Springs Bike Rental & Tours 15 minutes prior to tour start time. They will then be fitted to a pedal-assist electric bike, and go over the operations and safety. The tour begins by heading towards the famous Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park area. Up next is the Stevie Ray Vaughan Memorial and the Bouldin Creek neighborhood. Then head into south Austin to check out the "Greetings from Austin" and the very popular " I love you so much" murals. The breathtaking views of the Austin Skyline from South Congress will lead the tour into downtown. Here the customers will ride through the town heading towards the Congress Bridge, home of the bats, & state capitol. Halfway through the tour, we do stop for coffee/ snacks (not included) at a local Austin spot. All bikes are included in the price as well as water during and after the tour. Helmets are required. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes for bike riding and your camera for all the great photo opportunities.

We did this electric bike tour with family in town. We didn't know the Austin area well enough yet and the bike tour really helped show all the cool sites! The electric bike itself was very fun to ride and I never had any problems with mine, even though I am terrible at riding a normal bike. Dan and Jacob knew a lot about the city and offered plenty of things to do after the bike tour. Worth it!

We had a great time on our E-bike tour of Austin. The E-bikes were super easy to use and allowed us to see a lot of the city in three hours. Our tour guide Gabriel was great and gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do with the rest of our time in town. Plus he took so many awesome picture for us. This tour made me fall in love with the city of Austin. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is active and wants to see all aspects of what Austin has to offer.

I did the Let it Ride Electric Bike Tour with my guide Gabriel. It was great...ask for Gabriel if you can...great guy, informative and will make your tour the best ever. The e-bike was a first time experience for me, but I adapted. The bike paths in Austin are perfect and you get to see a lot of the city by bike. I highly recommend this tour!!
