The self guided tour takes about an hour and walks you through the full process of how the Tabasco hot sauce is made. Tabasco website lists the tour as 7 hours long, but it’s a window of seven hours each day which you can come. Their brand store is great too. You can taste all their different types of hot sauces and products. Included in the self guided tour tickets is also entrance to the jungle gardens which is very nice to drive (and maybe even get out) around. Was worth the 2.5hrs drive from New Orleans.
