Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Must be 5 years of age or older to be a passenger. Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid drivers license to operate.
It is required that there is 2 people on each craft (excluding the guide boat). One person must ride with the guide for groups with an odd number of participants
Weight Limit is 250lbs per person (2 persons per boat) with no exceptions. This is not our policy but the weight capacity for the vessel. No refunds will be given to those who show up for their tour not meeting the vessel weight requirements.

We had a Craigcat tour booked for a family of 4. To our extreme disappointment, a tropical storm/hurricane was anticipated to make landfall right on the west coast of Florida right at the point of our trip, making our road trip down highly unsafe and highly likely resulting in the Craigcat tour being cancelled. Backwater Adventures were brilliant about it and cancelled the booking for us, as all our other plans had been thwarted/cancelled by the anticipated storm. We'll definitely be re- booking with these guys when we finally get the opportunity to visit the Everglades.

The views were amazing! The mangroves were absolutely beautiful! The Craig cats were so much fun to ride. Way better then an ski jet. The guide was awesome as well.Would definitely do again!

Glad we booked this. Well organized and our guide was excellent. We were lucky enough to have a lot of dolphins swimming and jumping around our boats so our guests got a lot of enjoyment from that. First time on a Craig Cat, easy and fun to operate. Will likely go again with future visitors.
