5 of us rode the banana this morning. It was something i will definitely do again when I come back. The guides were very personable and accommodating. My 5 yr old daughter only rode for about 2 minutes, then screamed to get off so if you have a child who does not like boat rides or going fast you may not want to bring them. But my 9 year old loved it! One piece of advice is to wear a one piece bathing suit. Lets just say I learned the hard way! This is an experience you will never forget!

At first we were a little nervous to ride the banana boat, but Captain Chris and his wife made us feel right at home. We got to have a fun-filled ride on the banana and experience the beautiful marine life of the gulf. Although we did not buy the pictures right away, we ended up purchasing them before we left, and we recommend that everyone buys them as well. That way, the memories can truly last a lifetime. I was looking for things to do in the Destin area to keep three teenage girls entertained each day and stumbled across the Banana Boat Rides. This was a perfect ending to our vacation. The girls had so much fun! And the customer service was the best ever, from sweet little Karina at the kiosk, to Captain Chris and his mad boating skills, to Miss Angel our photographer who took pictures nonstop during our ride. Absolutely worth your time and money, and definitely get the photo package! Can't say enough good things about these people:) If you are looking for someone to treat you right, this is the place to go!
