This should have been the perfect evening but it did have its hick-ups. First of all the ticket office did not have our tickets when we arrived to board the boat so the tickets were hand written out and failed to say that I had paid to upgrade to 1st class. However all that aside we still had a fantastic evening and the crew on the boat did make it a very special evening. I would have preferred a more private table as we were sat in the middle of the boat with everyone around us. We drank champagne all evening but I had paid for the free bar so this was part of the package. The food was delicious and our waiter gave us two champagne flutes and a little note of congratulations as it was our 20th wedding anniversary. We also had a private viewing of the Brooklyn Bridge which was very special. The restaurant manager made up for the problems at the beginning. To my surprise we also received a refund of £100 as a result of the mistake. A very lovely evening and I would recommend this trip as they did make up for their mistake.

The trip was absolutely everything you promised it to be.Wonderful staff, excellent food and drink and great music.
However, we are really angry that the taxi service arrangements were fixed so we had to book our cab at the pier to return to our hotel and were charged $40 which was three times what is the going rate.We were told that we were unlikely to be able to hail a cab on the main road when the tour was over so had little choice but accept the fixed price.we then had to share the cab with two other couples!!Someone is making money by taking advantage of tourists!!

The whole experience was excellent. It was a wonderful evening and exceeded all our expectations. From the minute we stepped aboard everyone and everything was perfect. Would recommend this evening to anyone who enjoys good food, great service and a relaxing atmosphere.
