I highly recommend this yoga class. This yoga session has been my happy hour as it’s combination healing yoga and relax on the beach. The instructor has been so nice and the session itself is very informative. The actual session is very similar to what i have been expected when i saw the images on the website.

Yoga on the beach with Cathy was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience! Cathy made us feel comfortable and the surroundings were incredible, even thought it was the one day of the trip where it rained!

The instructor Cathy was very professional and personable. We really enjoyed ourselves. Cathy is very good at what she does and bring on the ocean made the whole experience enjoyable.
