Cathy was an excellent yoga instructor. This class was beginner friendly through and through. She was patient with all of us in the class. She was friendly and helpful and really taught all of us how to do breathwork. I am forever indebted to her for changing my outlook on life in general.

This was an excellent practice and the instructor (Cathy) gave great verbal cues for adjustments for safe postures, and so easy to follow. I would definitely do that again next time in La Jolla!
