Join an experienced naturalist guide on a wildlife safari tour of Yellowstone National Park with a focus on the geology, wildlife, and natural history of Yellowstone National Park.

The guides at Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris will make every effort to showcase as many highlights as possible, and will structure the day around making your experience a memorable one. They will take current road conditions, weather, seasonality, and your personal interests into consideration as they move through the park. This wildlife safari will make frequent stops as opportunities for wildlife viewing present themselves.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
The minimum age for wildlife safaris is 8 years old. (Private safaris have no age minimum.)
For groups of 14 guests or less: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all single day safaris and a 14-day cancellation policy for all 2-3 day safaris. For multi-day safaris of 4 days or more, we have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the policy goes into effect will receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy period will not be refunded. For groups of 15 or more guests: We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the policy goes into effect will receive a refund minus a 10% fee. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy period will not be refunded. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance before your departure to protect you from incurring any costs associated with unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining us.

Duane Newman -- is an awesome guide. Very knowledgeable about Yellowstone and the history of various parts of Wyoming. He knew the best spots and we seemed arrive in various areas of the park at the right time to see the animals of Yellowstone. The wildlife was putting on a show the day of the tour. We saw several bears, and a Bison strolling along side of the road. Thank you for a memorable day in Yellowstone!

Great day , we started out early 6:30 pick up at our hotel. Our guide and naturalist Barry was prompt and had snacks, blueberry muffins and oj ready in the car. Just past leaving Jackson we stopped to view a Mom Moose and her baby in the stream. It was nice not to drive throughout the park and could just relax and enjoy the scenery. We arrived within minutes of the eruption of Old Faithful did a quick tour of the Inn and then off again. We saw all the major highlights geyser’s, waterfalls and tons of wildlife- Elk, Buffalo, Deer, Bears and marmots. Binoculars were in the car for our use and a great telescope for viewing. We picnicked along a pretty stream with water lilies blooming. Nice to hear the history of the park, area and information about the wildlife. Final note - the guides know where to stop for a quick bathroom run. We just did the south loop of the park would love to come back and do the. North loop.

It is hard to pick a favorite from our day in Yellowstone, but I think it would have to be our guide Jed Forsyth who made sure we got the most from our tour. He was not only knowledgeable but also fun. We all were amazed at his background and knowledge of the geo-thermal features of the park and the wildlife. He got as excited as we did when he spotted a grizzly and two cubs, setting up his scope for us to get a close look. He obviously loves his work and is a terrific ambassador for the Jackson Hole Wildlife Safari company. The professionalism of Jed and the company will be hard to match.
