I come to NYC 3 or 4 times a year and always use JR Luxury to get me from the airport to Manhattan. Always on time, always courteous, friendly drivers that do things right. I highly recommend them!

They were on time and professional. The Owner communicated with me every step of the way. He was very nice and patient. I ordered a stretch limo for my sister and requested champagne, her name be put on the card and they take a scenic route to the hotel. They did everything i asked, my sister was so surprised. The driver was very nice he took pictures with us. She felt very special which what i wanted. We had one small hiccup on the return ride. I did not get the car i ordered do to traffic problems but the one that was sent was very nice and the driver was great. When i told the owner about the mix up he apologized and refunded the difference. This man had been so nice to me that, this company still deserved an excellent rating from me. Thank You so much for all that you did to make my sisters birthday special. Juanita

First time traveling to new york with my young ones. i was very nerveous and needed to be sure my family was in good hands. I have to say i am very pleased with my choice. JR and hes team of professional where exceptional. We landed and Steven was there a very happy yourng man and with a welcoming smile. Helped us with our luggage and even waited as we used the restroom. on the way into the city very informative and gave us what we count as a private tour (bonus). On the return, we received a text 15 minutes before the schedule pick up. To our surprice we had mr. Junior himself. Whata treat, he was a very nice man. guided us into the Escalde and didnt let us touch our luggage he took care of them for us. Provided us with water and seem very interested in what we did on our trip. He even made it special for the kids and gave them a chocolate bar, what a gentleman. A 5 start service all around. really cant fault them , The kids, my husband and my self are very happy we travel with JR Luxury NYC and we will definatly recommend this company to everyone.
