Booked a limo to pick us up from our hotel in NYC, then to JFK to pick up two more travelers then onto Brooklyn. Driver arrived early at the hotel, refreshments in the limo, excellent service, nothing was too much trouble, great correspondence by email or online chat, would highly recommend. Thanks JR Luxury!!!

I booked in June for an Autumn trip to New York. They confirmed in writing that my credit card would not be charged until three days before the pick up and that I could cancel at any time beforehand. They then proceeded to charge me in full immediately and did the same again in July! Numerous webchats elicited repeated promises to refund but this was never actioned and eventually I had to arrange for Amex to charge them back. I see that this has happened to other clients in the past. Steer clear!

Nothing but high praise! On time both to and from LGA to hotel in mid-town Manhatten!! Steven was particularly entertaining on trip from hotel to airport!!
