We were doing a road trip around New York and New England with friends. We were due to arrive back at National Car Rental in JFK and needed a limo ride from the car rental place back into Manhattan. I looked on the internet before we travelled and decided to book JR beforehand. The booking service was fairly trouble fee although I had to wait a while to receive confirmation. We had agreed a pre-arranged time to meet JR at National Car rental and when we dropped the car off I mentioned to the agent that we were getting picked up by JR limo services. He said it would be ok and that they would let the limo into the car rental depot. Initially JR was a bout 30 minutes late due to the traffic around JFK. I then received a phone call from JR to say that National Car rental wouldn’t let him into the depot. Eventually they let him in. We loaded all our luggage and we were then on our way. Our driver drove very fast into Manhattan and got us to our destination in about 1.5 hours. The traffic was very busy. Our driver was very friendly and courteous. It’s a good service.

In a city where everything could be so overwhelming, JR Luxury NYC excel in making us feel right at home and very confident. Our Flight landed 45 minutes early call the number Junior responded and got us to the driver in no time. Driver mario was exceptional and helpful. gave us very helpful tips and even show us the best way to use the subway. Overall, Everything went perfect Drivers arrived on time and vehicles were spacious and very clean. Why go with someone else? Jr Luxury NYC are awesome and i will recommended 100%.
