I paid for round trip transportation to and from La Guardia in a luxury sedan with a Meet and Greet option. To me, the Meet and Greet option means the driver will meet us inside the airport with a welcome sign. Instead, I received a text message telling me where he was located; once we arrived at the pick up area, it was difficult to identify which driver was ours. I was then thoroughly disappointed to see that our vehicle (for two people) was a 14-passenger transit van. Our driver tried to be entertaining by serenading us and making jokes when I really just wanted to relax and take in the sights. It was especially awkward when the police pulled us over and gave him a ticket. In contrast, our return trip to the airport was perfect. The driver was early, professional and polite. He didn't force the conversation, the music was at an appropriate level and we felt very safe. As we were checking our bags at the airport, we realized we accidently left a bag in the vehicle. We called the driver and he returned right away. He was extremely kind and pleasant. If I could request Sammy as our driver, I would use Jr Luxury NYC again; otherwise, it's a gamble.

Using this company was the best thing ever! The driver was so friendly and helpful. Got us to the airport in record time and helped with the luggage even though my hubby was there. We used them to go and come and they were on time both times. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

This is the second time we have used JR Luxury and I have to say that the actual service of transporting us from airport to hotel and back was excellent. The drivers (especially the guy who picked us up from Newark) were so friendly, just what you needed after a long flight. My problem and rating refers to the fact that they took our payment out twice and despite emailing it took three weeks to rectify and get a refund which was extremely time consuming and stressful. Unfortunately we wont' use again due to payment issue.
