The hop on hop off bus experience was a good way to get around the city of LA. I recommend a more than one day experience as LA was large enough if you want to get off at any stops you cannot do all 3 routes in one day. The audio was informative and interesting and the stops were all highlights and interesting landmarks.

My group of 5 rode the bus on Sat. We got off at the Farmers Market at 215 and told another bus would be back in 45 mins which made it 3pm (we do understand delays,traffic,etc but over an hour??). We arrived to wait at 2:50. At 4pm the bus finally arrived. We waited over an hour in the heat and missed other stops. We had reservations for dinner at 5 we had to start heading to so we basically got 1 stop for $51. Once we got on the bus we asked the driver what took so long. She was VERY rude and beligerent and called us LIARS. Told us a bus comes every 13 minutes and we have not been waiting over an hour. Never again. Do not recommend!! I also chatted Customer Service who was useless.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our customer service team sent our LA office the request for a refund from an individual in your group. In the request, the group member, stated that your group was waiting at our Stop 9 at 2:45pm. We had a driver at that stop at 2:50pm and stayed there for over 1 minute. I do apologize if your group was not at the correct stop location on time. We were running a 45 minute service, as advertised, however, the bus that followed the one you missed was running about 15 minutes behind due to LA traffic. I understand this can be frustrating but we do our best to re-route our drivers whenever possible to make up time when unforeseen circumstances occur. In regards to your interaction with the driver, I am deeply sorry as that is not the standard of customer service we hold our employees to. I can assure you this incident will be addressed and behavior corrected.
