The buses are few and far between. We waited at one stop for over an hour. The app is supposed to give you live time info on when buses will arrive but it was showing an actual time maybe 2 of the dozen times I tried to see when we needed to be at the spot - and one of the times it said we had 10+ minutes but we were already there and opted to wait which was a good thing because it was there in less than a minute. Just generally unpredictable which made it really awful. The buses go as soon as everyone is off and on so you can’t count on the bus being at a stop for a few minutes either. We sat at the stops and watched starline buses go by repeatedly. None of the tour buses have air conditioning but at least starline appeared to have enough to pick up their customers with limited wait times. Also the last pickups are before 5pm so don’t plan on dinner on the pier or anywhere else unless you plan yo get a cab home. Just disappointing. I would not pay for this again. Not worth it. Uber it - no waiting, ac and you decide when to leave.

I am deeply sorry this was not the case for you. Los Angeles has been experiencing a heat wave for the last several days so it has been hotter than we would all like. With that being said, we have open-top vehicles which allow our passengers to get a breeze while sitting on top. All of our buses are equipped with AC. Unfortunately, customers who choose to sit on the bottom deck of the bus should be aware that the AC is going to be effected since the top of the bus is open. In regards to the frequency of our buses, we have our times posted not only on Viator/Trip Advisor, but also our website and tickets. I would like to learn more specifics of your tour so that I can better understand your experience and make things right. Please contact me directly at [email protected]. My ticket fell out of my daughter’s pocket and they won’t let us board the bus as we have ‘lost’ our ride even though I had an online confirmation. It’s ridiculous when everything is online these days. What a way to harass visitors !

Did the LA Hollywood route today as part of GoCity package. I was very satisfied. Brand new sealed headphones were provided which and commentary available in 9 different languages (pre-recorded, based on where the bus was driving). It was very nice to use the app and see when the next bus was coming. On the negative, I wish the tour was longer, going to downtown LA. It's very short in distance. Also, it should have longer hours. First bus leaves at 10 AM and last one departs at 4:30 PM. I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you are not able to drive while in LA...
