The buses were scarce and when we finally got on one we were taken to the other end of Times Square, it was 5:30pm, and were told to get off the bus that he was closing so we had to walk from the other side of TS to Bryant Park for our bus ride home. I was seeing other Big Bus buses until I left at 9:00. Very disappointed. Will not spend $ again on this.

Tours were not available as stated. Busses were not running as informed. Research prices before purchasing on the streets of NY.

We usually book a hop on hop off bus when visiting on a city break but the New York Hop on Hop off bus is not worth the money. The traffic is so busy so the bus is queuing in traffic, very little information about the landmarks and lots of music. On many occasions we just got off the bus and walked, in hindsight it would have been easier to use the subway
