Great trip tour of -Alcatraz fantastic.Big bus tour was great.was good that you could get on and off had 48 hours well worth the money.had the best time ever

The check in process and getting your tickets to Alcatraz was terrible - not knowing where you were going or what time and when and where to pick up your tickets. We had one good guide on one bus ride, the next time there was no guide and the bus driver was rude and unhelpful. The 3rd bus ride the guide rambled on but never really gave any good information about the city or sights.
