Blake's night tour and Mike's day tour were fun, and informative. Blake is really funny, and energetic. Mike is really informative and gives a lot of fun facts. Will revisit!

Enjoyed the driving tour. Our schedule didn't allow us to get off and on so we remained onboard for the trip. Guide was good, funny, knowledgeable. Many times we could not hear him. Didn't seem to be enough speakers on upper level. Activate the ear phone jack system to supplement the audio comments by guide when he's speaking.

Alcatraz was everything I had hoped for. Excellent tour. Big bus was the most disappointing and worst organized bus I've ever experienced. They were always behind schedule. The tour guides gave us so much bad information about stops and where to get off. We were not told when they booked our Alcatraz tour for 3:20 that the bus stopped running at 5PM to bring us Back Driver and tour guide were in verbal argument yelling at each other. The bus leaves you off at a far stop but does not mention no more bus will come through to get you back. Many buses had no guide or audio
