We liked our experience, some guides are better than others but we learned a lot about the history of San Francisco and the small treasures it has to offer. The tour covered everything that we wanted to see. Alcatraz was well worth it, especially since my husband and I enjoy history. Beautiful City and Great people!

We like the tour on big bus and I will give them 5 stars. The problem was with the Alcatraz part of the tour. We lost the ferry because of the Viator website and ticket do not said NOTHING about being in the Pier BEFORE 4:030pm. We were there at 5pm and was imposible to get the ferry. BIG Bus Tour's staff tried to help us but the Alcatraz part is another separate company and we lost this opportunity. I'm asking for a request for the Alcatraz part of the tour, and I will my rating depending on their response.
