We have booked a hop/hop off tour before and loved the flexibility. We enjoyed it here too. We also took the night tour and our tour guide Kristina was fantastic!! She was entertaining and informative. We will continue booking with Viator in the future.

On second evening we had to wait at Stop 16 for over an hour for your bus that was not too cool otherwise a great experience.

Actual trip was very good but total shambles in sorting out timings and where to meet with this which was booked as combined tour with alcatraz. Nobody at the Big Bus tour venue offices knew the answer to meet times ad where when we asked on 3 different occasssion's the day before to try an ensure we didn't miss meet times. As I say, when finally sorted by arriving at 8.30am on the day just in case, the actual tour was very good.
