What did I pay for Lame tour and not enough info on procedures and itineraries, vague responses to questions and timeline

We couldn’t find the location to redeem and there was no one to return any calls for weeks before arrival at big bus., however via tour people were good

Driver did not tell us what channel to be on so we missed part of the audio Tour. It was great once we got on the correct channel on the second bus.
