You can split the tour into two if you go into the Big Bus Tours office, which I would recommend as you then get two days out for the price of one (a bus tour on one day, the Alcatraz tour on another). The bus tour covers all the main sights of San Fran, and comes with extra stories from an experienced and enthusiastic guide (Peter in our case) and great driver (Calvin). The Alcatraz cruise and tour were also great value for money and meant that you were guaranteed to see “the Rock” without having to book months in advance. Definitely recommend! Ps - bring warm clothes - even in the sunshine it is cold on the top deck of the bus!

Great tours with excellent and friendly staff. Very easy to book and collect tickets. Hop on hop off was simple and never had to wait long for the next bus. Highly recommended, such an awesome way to see the city.
