The Alcatraz trip was fantastic, something I have always wanted to do and I was not disappointed. Very interesting and informative and I rate it a 5. The Big Bus ride was ok, I would rate it a 3 overall. The woman behind the counter did not belong in any customer service role. Berated us for the questions asked and they had to be pleasantly answered by someone who came out of the back office. Rating for the customer service experience a ZERO! Overall experience was a 3. Please hire only people with a smile and personality. It makes a difference.

Great tour - absolutely loved the Alcatraz visit. Interesting, well run and a fascinating history. Well worth the visit! Would highly recommend.

It was a good choice to do combo although you have no free time for walking tours if you do it all in one day. I did Big Bus Red line ( total of around 3 hours) , then Sausalito ( 1 hour and 10 min) and then the evening tour to Alcatraz. It was windy on the Golden Gate bridge ( so please have warm clothing:)) and the rest went well. The best drive/Storyteller was Dave A on the Sausalito tour ( he even helped to take pictures of the tourists and was really entertaining and positively obsessed in what he was doing.
