Bus passing every 15-20 minutes so little to no wait between pick ups, Alcatraz was amazing, if I go back I’ll do the night tour!

Alcatraz is unreal the feelings you get walking around and listening to the commentary make you feel like you have a real insight into what went on inside the place. On Off bus worked well as able to complete a full trip and work out where you want to get off next round. Cable car is also well worth the ride but if later in the day expect to wait a while
