Mia gave us an excellent island tour: knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and prepared. She referred to our tour as the pupu platter tour, a nice sample of everything. It was a great tour all the way around. She did mention a deferent and similar tour that departs later and sees the volcano at night, plus the observatory at night as well. Our tour was 12 hours and flew by. The other one she mentioned is 15 hours.

Our guide Jaclyn was the best guide we have had on any tour. Her knowledge of the island and Hawaiian history was more than we could have asked for. We had plenty of time at our stops. Our lunch was A great portion and she supplied plenty of snacks and water throughout the whole day. She reminded us often of the altitude changes to clear our ears The overall drive was comfortable as she was an excellent and courteous driver. Trip was a great value

Derek was a fantastic tour guide! Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and entertaining. Only downside is the rear four sits are quite cramped if there is a full van.
