From the very beginning the staff were very friendly, informative and trustworthy. We had two Outstanding guides with us, their names were Travis and Braxton. In my honest opinion, I would strongly recommend them as your guides, the BEST by far. They provided the much needed support for those who were fearful to become fearless. Those who were nervous by the end of the day were zipping down with smiles and laughter. Travis and Braxton helped those overcome their fears of heights resulting in the feeling of fulfillment and wanting to come back for more! I will be back with my entire family next time and definitely will be recommending KOHALA ZIPLINE to everyone and anyone I know. THANK YOU KOHALA ZIPLINE and ALL OF THEIR STAFF!! Especially, Travis and Braxton for making it a life changing experience. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND SOLID DUDES! Our family of 5, 3 teenagers, truly enjoyed every single thing about the Zip and Dip!! We loved how personable and knowledgeable our guide Travis was. The zips were varied and even my thrill seeking teens loved them!

This was one of the BEST things we decided to do while in Hawaii. The guides, Decker and Boo-boo were very knowledgeable and friendly. You feel very safe in their hands. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You zip through rainforest, cross impressive bridges, eat lunch on a beautiful scenic overlook of the beach, and hike through private lands to swim in a gorgeous waterfall. It really is a once in a lifetime experience and worth every cent of the price tag. They really go the extra mile teaching you about some of the interesting history and practices of the island as well as a good amount of the local botany. They are also really great about getting some nice pictures for you that you can choose to purchase afterwards for a reasonable price. We did this tour our first day on the island and it was hard not to compare our subsequent tours to this one. It really is just that good. We flew in a day early to catch this tour and we’re so glad we did. Definitely book this tour if you have the opportunity. You won’t want to miss it.
