Great excursion for family of three with a teenager. Some hiking to the waterfalls and Decker did an amazing job with pacing and information along the way. Zip lines were super fun! We had a great time and would recommend!!!

All the reviews are positive so my expectations were high, but Kohala delivered… and then some. The day was amazing! Our guide Travis was a wealth of information about all things Hawaii. He was so enthusiastic and full of energy all day, starting with our pick-up at 7:30a. Safety is clearly their highest priority… you are ALWAYS tied off. Travis and Brenna were so helpful and encouraging, and so attentive to safety. The views from the course are gorgeous. Lunch at the secluded picnic area was special.. delicious food (and they accommodated a late gluten free request) and a truly stunning view of the north coast. The hike to the waterfall was adventurous, with Travis pointing out all kinds of vegetation. The swim was fun. A really great day. Thanks so much!

Erik was a wonderful guide from pick up to drop off. He gave us lots of history and information about the nature of the Big Island. Kyreah joined Erik as a guide and made those of us that were a little nervous feel comfortable! The zip-lining was fun with a double line at the end. The picnic lunch was tasty in an amazing location. The hike to the waterfall was beautiful and the “dip” was exhilarating! Both the guide and tour company were extremely professional. They had everything you needed including towels, rain jackets, walking sticks, and bags. Erik also gave us suggestions for a beach to visit and a restaurant which we loved! Definitely a must do!
