Family ski trip, January 2019. Black Tie supplied 8 sets of skis & boots. There service was unquestionable faultless and above excellent. They delivered and picked up on time . Their fitting and setting of bindings was excellent. And changing out gear ( shoes too loose/tight, or swapping over to snowboards) was readily available with very quick response time and done so expertly - with a smile. I can't rate them highly enough. % circles isn't enough, more like OOOOOOOOOO.

Arriving to Big Sky from overseas, the crew at Black Tie were waiting for us with awesome gear ready for fitting. The service was perfect. When we arrived to our hotel everything was waiting for us and when we departed, we just left everything for the Black Tie team to collect. Couldn't have been easier unless they carried our skis from the hotel to the chairlift every morning. (Something to think about :) Moreover, since this was our first time at Big Sky, the team from Black Tie gave us all resort maps and highlighted the best runs for our given skill levels and then told us the best places to eat and enjoy the apres ski. They were so full of local knowledge, i wanted to bring them skiing with us to be our personal ski butlers. Highly recommend!

We use Black Tie every time we travel to Big Sky. They are incredibly accommodating, making switch outs and changes for no additional charge. We set up delivery for when we arrive and then leave the skis out for pickup. It couldn't be easier and the staff is fantastic.
